Do you use fresh Meat and Vegetables?

All our Meat is fresh and arrives at 10am every morning. We use as much Fresh Vegetables as possible, however some items such as sweetcorn we do buy Frozen from reputable brands.

Is Veg and Non-Veg dishes cooked separately?

Yes they are, we also have a dedicated Tandoor and Fryer for all our Vegetarian items.

Do you Cater for Events and Outside Catering?

Is your Meat Halal?

Yes it is, as all our local butchers in Queensbury/Kingsbury are Halal Butchers. We currently do not have a supplier for non-halal meat. We believe is using only fresh ingredients and souring from local businesses.

Do you have disabled access for wheelchair users? (add seating and disabled toilets)

Most of our floor space is one level and it is accessible for wheelchair users. If you are coming and need to book a table please mention that you need a wheelchair friendly area.

Do you add a service charge on the bill?

10% Optional Service Charge is added to the bill. Our Service Charge is shared equally by all our Staff Members both in the Kitchen and Front of House. 100% of the Service Charge is given to our Staff Members and nothing is deducted by The Regency Club. Upon request, Service Charge can be removed without any questions asked.

Do you play the latest sports games on Sky?

Yes, we do play the latest sports games on sky and because we know that it makes a great atmosphere, we have HD TV’s around the venue.

How can I get to The Regency Club?

You can drive to The Regency Club, just tap in HA8 5NR into your sat nav and drive your way to us. The Regency Club is just a minutes walk from Queensbury Station on the Jubilee Line or there are buses that stop at the AA bus stop close to The Regency Club are 79, 114, 288 and 606.

What is the dress code for The Regency Club?

We have a casual / smart dress code for The Regency Club

Do you do Home Deliveries?

Unfortunately not as yet, but it is in the pipeline.

Can I buy marinated meats from you?

Of course you can, all Uncooked items ordered will be discounted by 10%

Do you cater for Customers with Allergies?

Yes we do, please make your waiter aware of your dietary requirements before ordering.

Do you allow Children?

Unfortunately due to Licensing Laws we are restricted to allowing Children on during the Afternoon, All-day Sunday and Bank Holidays. Please note, we do not have High Chairs or a Childrens Menu.

I want to make a large group booking, can I do this?

Yes you can make bookings for a large group, please call 020 8952 6300 to make your booking or simply book online.

If I come with my friends for a drink and we decide to order food but there isn’t a table available can we still eat?

Is there an area to smoke?

The Regency Club operates a no smoking policy indoors and you may however, smoke outside

Do you play music?

When there isn’t a live sports match on, we do play music from all genres from Bollywood, Bhangra and Golden Oldies.

Is there parking available.

You can park at Queensbury London Underground Station, Turner Road, Harrow, Middlesex. The postcode for your sat nav is HA8 5NP. Parking available around The Regency Club is limited and is subject to residential permits.

I have made a purchase online. Do you deliver?

Unfortunately we are unable deliver your online purchase and this is due to the items being perishable. We ask for you to pick up your order within a reasonable time to ensure that the food is fresh.
