Newsletter

By signing up to The Newsletter you are giving permission for The Regency Club to contact you on a regular basis. Should you wish to terminate the subscription of the newsletter, you may do so by refering to a newsletter where you will be able to select unsubscribe.

Online Shop

The Regency Club, does sell through their shop on their website, www.theregencyclub.co.uk, perishable goods. These products are available for collection only due to the nature of the goods. Food will be prepared 24 hours before collection and you will need to specify your collection date. Please bring your confirmation on collection.

Any cancellations will need to be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after this time will be charged at 100% and no refund will be made. Any food that has not been collected or is late being collected will be disposed of and no refund will be issued. If you do need to collect your purchased goods at a later time or day please inform us prior with at least 24 hours notice so that we can prepare your order in the right time as we want to ensure freshness of the food.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Membership Cards

By becoming a member of The Regency Club you are accepting the terms and conditions of membership. The Regency Club does not forward on any personal information to third-parties and does not sell your personal information. Please note that we are no longer issuing membership cards and this has been replaced with the Loyalty Scheme card.

When you became a member we collect personal information from you which is used for marketing purposes and you will be notified of any exclusive offers and events we hold. By owning a membership card you agree to not giving or sharing your card with friends and family to collect or spend points on your behalf. Points are collected on transactions paid in full. You cannot collect points based on previous transactions made if your card is not present at the time. You must present your card to a member of staff to benefit from the advantages of the membership card.

If you have been invited to become a Platinum member you agree to use your personal key fob to enter the club for yourself only and you agree that you will not give your personal key fob to anyone to gain instant entry to The Regency Club. By using the personal key fob you cannot allow access to others that you do not know or for the general public to The Regency Club and you agree that the staff will make the decision of granting entry to The Regency Club.

By signing up to The Newsletter you are giving permission for The Regency Club to contact you on a regular basis. Information we will collect from you solely for the purpose of the newsletter include email address, your name, birthday (day and month only and optional). We will never ask for any other information, which would include anything to do with banking, home address or any other personal information. The information we collect from you in order to send you the newsletter will monitor how you read the newsletter that has been sent by you for our statistics only.

Should you wish to terminate the subscription of the newsletter, you may do so by referring to a newsletter where you will be able to select unsubscribe, however please note that you will not be able to know about any exclusive offers we will have for members only.

We have the right and we may at any point cancel membership or ask for you membership card should any terms and conditions be broken at the managers discretion. Please note that we are no longer issuing membership cards to our guests but you can benefit from our Loyalty Scheme.
