Great atmosphere, such a hidden gem! Food here is awesome and the staff are fantastic!
The Regency Club is a great spot if you’re after quality food and a lively atmosphere. The Karahi Methi Chicken, Karahi Kheema, and Paneer Masala were all great dishes—rich, flavourful, and clearly well-prepared. The starters were just as impressive, making it hard to pick a favourite. The naans were soft, fluffy, and delicious, though they did feel a bit pricey for the portion size. Still, they complemented the mains really well. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming overall, though it was a bit of a shame that football was playing on every TV, which took away slightly from the dining experience. I'm not a footy fan! All in all, a place I’d definitely go back to for the food alone.
First time visiting this Indian restaurant. Excellent service and helpful waiter. Proper bar and large beer selection. Large menu and prices seem high but the portions were big! We all went home with leftovera. We enjoyed the crispy okra and chicken wings. Excellent chicken curry dishes and a tasty lamb biryani. We were impressed and we're a hard bunch to please. We had a coeliac in our group and they had a separate menu so she felt safe with her choices. We were a little confused as to why they didn't merge the 2 menus and label clearly as she had different smaller starter options on her menu. We were stuffed but managed a mango ice cream between 7 of to finish, also good. We'll be back.
The best Indian bar & grill around with a versatile choice for both veg & non veg! Great service, the atmosphere outstanding. What more could you ask for
Had dinner at the The Regency Club and this place absolutely delivers. The atmosphere is lively, energetic, and packed with good vibes. Service was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we walked in. We started with lamb cutlets and tandoori wings, both were excellent and set the tone. There was about a one-hour gap before the mains arrived, which normally would be an issue. But two things stood out: 1. The staff handled it well and apologized multiple times 2. Once the food hit the table, it completely justified the wait The mains were exceptional. Easily some of the best Indian food I’ve had. Deep flavor, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with care. Every dish hit. By the end of the meal, the delay didn’t matter. The quality of the food completely overshadowed it. If you’re anywhere near London and want top-tier Indian food, this place is absolutely worth it.
Always great service and great food. As an allergy sufferer (coeliac, gluten free) it’s great to see a gluten free menu AND to have the team come up to me at my order to confirm that xyz was fried in the same oil as other items and is that still okay. Grateful for the care. Thanks Regency Club!
Always our go to....thanks for being consistently good....food, service, ambience and drinks. Everything's always great
Great in every way; service, food and atmosphere were amazing. Can’t fault it at all.
I have been 3-4 times now after a longer absence and it certainly is in my top 3. I would be inclined to have just the starters as they are very good. You need to have a big appetite to include the mains as the portions are much bigger than most other diners.
We visited this restaurant as a group of three. Overall, it was a good experience. The food was tasty and the portion sizes were reasonable. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable for a casual meal. Service was friendly, although it took a little time for the food to arrive. Nothing major to complain about, but there is still a little room for improvement. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would consider coming back again.
