A journey of food that is tasteful begins with good quality ingredients, which is delivered to The Regency Club daily from local grocery stores and butchers every morning. The kitchen staff begin to prepare the ingredients that will be needed through the busy day ahead to ensure that the running of the kitchen is streamlined to serve all of our food to the highest standard that is freshly cooked every time we serve any dish.
The meat and poultry that we use in our dishes requires for it to be marinated 24hours ahead so that the flavours are infused well into the meat. Our guests can enjoy the tender and succulent pieces of grilled meat that have been encased with a fusion of fragrant spices from cumin, cardamon, cloves, pepper and so many more spices, which not only taste amazing but have some of the Ayurvedic principles that have healing properties. Every spice used in our food is dry roasted in our kitchen and ground by our kitchen staff to ensure freshness. The Regency Club special spice mix is used accordingly for all the dishes, which gives a mouthwatering aroma.
The spices that we use are so popular that we have even created our very own Peri-Peri spice mix, which has been blended using the right balance of roasted spices that are flavoursome and aromatic.
